Choose a one-time build if you want to purchase the website upfront. Choose a managed subscription if you prefer a lower starting cost and want hosting, routine maintenance, and small updates included.
Starter sites typically take one to two weeks and Business Sites typically take two to four weeks after we receive the required content, images, account access, and approvals.
One-time purchases transfer the eligible completed site after final payment. Managed plans transfer eligible project-specific deliverables after the 12-month initial term and payment of all balances. Clients ordinarily own their domain, Cloudflare, analytics, and other business accounts from the beginning.
Every build includes search-friendly page structure, titles, descriptions, canonical URLs, sitemap, robots directives, structured data, performance work, and analytics or Search Console connections when access is provided. Ongoing ranking campaigns are separate.
Managed subscriptions and Website Care include hosting management. Domain registration and renewal remain in your name and are billed separately unless a written proposal says otherwise.
Examples include changing hours, replacing an image, editing short sections of text, or adding a testimonial. New pages, redesigns, custom features, and integrations are quoted separately.
Every project starts with a free conversation and a written scope. The final fixed price reflects page complexity, layouts, content support, forms, assets, and integrations. Custom work is approved before it begins.
